Marco Paulo C. G. Ferreira, tax identification number 204 436 346, headquartered at Rua da Chaparra 20, 3810-828 Oliveirinha, Aveiro, Portugal, hereinafter referred to as 3rhost, provides the CUSTOMER with the Services described on the 3rhost.pt website.

For the purposes of providing the Service by 3rhost, you must provide all the data requested (mandatory data) in the ORDER FORM, under penalty of being refused the provision of any or all of the Services requested while the necessary information is not provided. 3rhost undertakes to take the necessary steps to provide the Services within the period agreed with the CUSTOMER, who is identified in the ORDER FORM and the CUSTOMER further acknowledges and accepts that 3rhost does not control the content of the information transmitted or disclosed by the CUSTOMER through the communication networks it uses.

3rhost undertakes to maintain secrecy and keep confidential all data, contents, information and elements disclosed and provided by the CLIENT within the scope of the conclusion and execution of this contract, regardless of the support in which they are found, without prejudice to the provisions on matters of use of personal data, being the CUSTOMER's sole responsibility to ensure that the equipment, operating systems or computer programs it uses are suitable for using the Service, under the terms described in the ORDER FORM.

This contractual instrument contains the General Conditions for the provision of services practiced by 3rhost and the CUSTOMER, under the terms indicated in the ORDER FORM, is aware that the Services that will be specifically provided to him are also subject to PARTICULAR CONDITIONS expressed in specific instruments that the Customer declares to have read and with which he agrees and accepts.

3rhost is the entity responsible for collecting and processing the personal data indicated by the CLIENT when signing this contract, as well as those that 3rhost may obtain during its term. 3rhost will, under the legally established terms, collect and process the CLIENT's personal data that are strictly necessary for the provision of the Service in question, keeping them for the duration of the contractual relationship, being permanently deleted after the termination of the contract, except in cases in which the law expressly provides for the obligation to conserve personal data for longer periods or in cases where the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) authorizes conservation for longer periods, taking into account the specific purpose of the treatment carried out, in which case the CUSTOMER duly informed of the same purpose and term.

With a view to the proper performance of the contract, the CUSTOMER undertakes to provide 3rhost with true, complete and current personal data.

3rhost declares for all purposes that the CUSTOMER's personal data collected within the scope of the conclusion and execution of this contract are treated in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data and its Privacy Policy available for consultation on the 3rhost website and that these will not be used for any purpose other than that for which consent has been given by the CUSTOMER.

The contact details of the CLIENT, who is a natural person, may be used by 3rhost., if expressly authorised, in direct marketing actions and promotion of services made available by 3rhost, under the terms of article 13 of Law no. 41/2004, 18th of August in the version conferred by Law n.º 46/2012, 29th of August.

In the case of a CUSTOMER who is a legal person, 3rhost may send unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes relating to goods and services provided by itself or by a company of the same Group, unless the CUSTOMER expressly refuses to receive this type of future communications and subscribe to the national list of legal persons expressly opposing the receipt of unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes, which the Directorate General for the Consumer (DGC) is responsible for keeping up to date.

In any of the aforementioned cases, the CUSTOMER will have the right to expressly oppose, free of charge, via email, the sending by 3rhost of electronic communications for direct marketing purposes,

3rhost guarantees the CUSTOMER the right to access their personal data stored in specific databases, namely to confirm their veracity, correction, verification of their purpose and the recipients to whom they are communicated, as well as updating, rectification and elimination, upon request sent via email dpo@3rhost.pt to 3rhost.

The CUSTOMER declares, through this contract, to be aware that the indication of the personal data contained in the ORDER FORM is a mandatory condition for the provision of the contracted service and that the request
